Privacy

When you send the repair request form we receive your name, your phone number and/or email address, your preferred way to be contacted, the kind of device, and the problem you describe. We use it to reply to you about your repair.

We may share your request with the technician who will handle your repair. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists.

The site records the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source) so we know how people find us. It does not use advertising cookies.

To have your information deleted, reply to any message from us and ask, or send a request through the form and say so in the problem box.
